UX Portfolio
Four case studies, each following a real problem from research through to outcome. The contexts range from a 20 week NDA consultancy in real estate to a one month sprint for a museum experience app, but the structure is consistent: what the problem was, what the research revealed, what decisions it shaped, and what was built or validated.
Each case is documented to show process, not just result. The belief running through all of them: good design decisions are traceable back to something real, something tangible. My strong background in service taught me to look for those tangibles through listening, observation and asking before reaching for solutions. User needs, behavioral patterns and constraints are what gives purpose to my work. Understanding what matters and solving the problem is the motivation.
“TA” (Tech Assistant)
Gamification Learning
Course project for “Prototyping”. IT students often lose motivation in self-paced courses when progress feels invisible, so I designed TA, a gamified learning app with an AI-guide mascot, streaks and progress tracking to keep them engaged. Tested across three rounds of prototypes with real students and one industry professional.
Two more case studies available soon
